THE POSITION Interested in a traineeship (Volontariat) in Sustainable Development Communications with a global, family-owned company that is among the leaders of innovative healthcare solutions? Internal assignments in various teams and training seminars are all part of the curriculum. The traineeship with an 18-month duration starts in September 2023. TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES During your traineeship, you will gain deep insights into corporate and sustainable development communications, as well as into our global sustainability program. You will be part of the global communications team and support with our day-to-day business, including background research, project management and stakeholder management. In addition, you will be involved in creating sustainable development publications, including articles, reports and infographics and support with audiovisual productions, such as videos or podcasts. You will engage with our global colleagues and gain a better understanding on different sustainability projects from around the world. Finally, you have the opportunity to participate in social projects within our Making More Health initiative, which supports social entrepreneurs around the globe with their innovative solutions to current healthcare challenges. REQUIREMENTS Degree in Economics, Business, Social Sciences or Communications, preferably with focus on sustainability Previous experience in sustainability, either in a corporate or agency setting High affinity for topics in healthcare Excellent analytical and writing skills, as well as project management Detail oriented and a structured working style Proficiency in MS Office Fluent in English, proficient in German a plus WHY BOEHRINGER INGELHEIM?
